A render of Grove at Grand Bay
Terra Group with Danish architect Bejarke Ingelshas revealed plans today for the Grove at grand bay, 90-unit luxury condominium project in Coconut Grove, that will feature rooftop pools, a pet spa and twisting glass design for the towers, the Miami Herald reported. The twin buildings will to replace the Grand Bay Hotel in Coconut Grove, which could be demolished within a week.
According to Philip Freedman, the blended average price is $915 per square foot in the buildings and 39 of the 58 units in the first tower are already in contract. Miami herald
