Coral Gables’ Ponce de Leon Boulevard will soon be home to far-east restaurant Pao Town, Eater reported. The new restaurant is the brainchild of Sushi Maki, a ubiquitous sushi chain in Coral Gables and Miami. It will occupy 2624 Ponce de Leon Boulevard in Coral Gables, which was formerly the site of Canton Chinese Restaurant, just down the road from the onetime site of Brasserie Les Halles.
