The  Coconut Grove estate of John Peacock, a foundational figure in Miami’s history, has hit the market as a rental, asking $20,000 a month, according to Curbed. Built in 1910, the five-bedrooms, five-and-a-half-bathroom, 6,300-square-foot house sits on a full acre of land and features a formal living and dining areas, a pool, a tennis court, a generator, impact resistant windows, and 1,500-bottle wine cellar.
