The Levi’s building in South Beach has sold for $8.5 million, according to Marcus & Millichap, which brokered the transaction on behalf of the seller, a Miami Beach-based limited liability company. The property, which was built in the 1930s and restored in the last decade, is located at 826 Collins Avenue. Marcus and Millichap’s Drew Kristol and Kirk Olson had the exclusive listing. The buyer, a New York City-based investor, was also represented by Kristol and Olson. — Alexander Britell
